Emma’s Cottage Vineyard are pleased to announce that they have the opportunity to show a selection of the photographic works of Master Photographers David Oliver and Peter Eastway at the Emma’s Cottage  Gallery, Wilderness Road, Lovedale. The exhibition will also feature works by other professional and amateur photographers.

The exhibition, entitled “People and Places” will run from 30th September until 14th October, 2016.

The majority of the photographic works will hang in the restaurant space, while some of the work will also hang in the Cellar Door, adjacent to the restaurant space.

DAVID OLIVER

Being a Nikon ambassador and a Grandmaster of Photography David Oliver’s landscape work is held in the highest of regard amongst many a photographer and art collector. His famous image of Balmoral in an early morning mist won him Photographer of the Year at WPPI the world photography competition. David has been flown all over the world teaching his methods and sharing his photographic story capturing images of the places he visits along the way.

PETER EASTWAY

Peter Eastway is renowned is a contemporary Australian photographer who is known internationally for his landscape and travel work. He is also an AIPP Grand Master of Photography

Peter’s work has been published and exhibited internationally. He was the author of the Lonely Planet’s Guide to Landscape Photography. His photography has recently featured on the cover of the Lonely Planet’s guide to Australia, in articles in the Qantas in flight magazine, and in an Apple television commercial.

The exhibition will also feature two junior photographers aged 17 and 18 to ensure local talent is developed. Both of these are receiving support and help from David to give them the best chance to exhibit their works.
