Located at the St Clements Estate, Lillino’s Bar & Trattoria offers traditional Italian food with Sardinian/Mediterranean influence, complemented by award winning estate grown wines.
The restaurant boasts one of the best views of the Hunter Valley and Broken Back Range.
It is the aim of this Lovedale restaurant to source as much local produce as possible, while also importing the finest ingredients from Italy, including Prosciutto di Parma, mozzarella, parmesan and pizza flour from Naples.
The wood fire pizzas are regarded by some as the best in the Hunter. Other favourites include house made potato gnocchi with a creamy gorgonzola sauce, Luigi’s linguine with king prawns and a special tomato sauce, rotolini – house made ricotta cheese rolled in crumbed eggplant and baked served with a tomato sauce and topped with parmesan.
Desserts include tiramisu, chocolate fondant, panna cotta or affogato.
Lillino’s is open Thursday to Monday for Lunch and Dinner. The fully licensed Bar is open 7 days a week.
