Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley is giving you the chance to learn how to create the perfect cocktail with their weekly Mixology Classes. Held in their new organic cocktail bar, Organica @ The Haven, the classes are being held each Friday afternoon from 3pm to 5pm during summer with bookings essential.

During the cocktail making class you’ll learn how to make three popular drinks and then enjoy them alongside a delicious cheese platter.
